This includes monthly transaction categorization and reconciliation, accounts receivable and accounts payable tracking, bank and credit card reconciliation, financial statement preparation (income statement, balance sheet), and GST/HST or sales tax tracking and filing.

We work with popular platforms like QuickBooks, Xero, and Wave. If you're already using accounting software, we'll integrate with your existing setup.

Payroll

For businesses with employees, we handle payroll processing including regular pay runs (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), source deductions (CPP, EI, income tax for Canada; FICA, federal/state withholding for the US), T4 and W-2 preparation at year-end, ROE issuance as needed, and direct deposit setup.
